Tried Gino Sonbillo because i was in a rush to have lunch with my family. We were near the galleria so we decided to give it a shot and surprisingly it was a decent experience overall. They mentioned that their pizzas are made with sourdough, and you can definitely taste the difference the crust had a nice texture and flavor, and the pizza itself was delicious enough. Not the best but definitely enjoyable and well made. The only downside was the atmosphere and the staff felt a bit cold which made the experience less warm than it could’ve been. So if you’re in the area and craving a sourdough style pizza it’s worth a visit.
Best pizza I’ve had in Italy so far. Can’t beat this. Try the chili oil, olive oil and balsamic. Superb combination with the bread or pizza. The antipasti choices were amazing, the zucchini omg! Love the friendly waitress named Titti, you can spot her dancing to the beats in the restaurant.
Very good pizza, and you can order one to share between two people. The staff has no problem splitting the pizza for two. Everyone is kind, polite, and smiling I highly recommend this place — great atmosphere, and you should definitely try the spicy olive oil for the pizza. The best and spiciest combo is the Diavola pizza with the spicy olive oil. Best regards! ????????????????
